Let me guess.


You’re productive. Reliable. High-functioning.

You get things done. People count on you.

You’ve mastered the art of showing up—even when you’re running on fumes and caffeine with a side of adrenaline.


You don’t collapse. You don’t spiral.

You perform.


And because you’re still producing, you’ve convinced yourself that exhaustion doesn’t apply to you.


Here’s the uncomfortable truth:

Burnout doesn’t always look like breaking down.

Sometimes it looks like powering through… quietly miserable… and calling it discipline.



The Exhaustion No One Talks About



You’re not exhausted because you’re weak.

You’re exhausted because you’ve been strong for a very long time.
